Manifestation Routine Feeling a bit mundane? Here's One Shift That could Change Everything!

There are many manifestation tips, tricks, hacks and practices out there that claim to help you manifest quicker. Scripting, visualising, the 555 rule, the 369 rule, affirmations, reading. You get the idea! The truth is, they all work for different people depending on what they enjoy. Not everyone is great at visualising for example. I myself hate scripting! But what do they all have in common? Whatever practice people choose, is something they can, or should, be able to connect with. It’s something that should ignite an energy in them and allows their imagination to flow freely.

However, often people feel they have to be doing these manifesting rituals when they don't really enjoy them. They think it's some hard and fast rule, and if they do them regularly, no matter how it makes them feel, it will help them manifest their desires faster
. The truth is, no ritual will help anyone manifest if it feels like a chore, or it's become repetitive and mundane. You might start to find yourself less enthused about writing out your perfect day or meditating on your goals as you once were. But there’s one hack out there that is rarely talked about. At least, if you Google different manifestation techniques, this is very unlikely to make the cut. But it is my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE.
So the biggest trick I use to manifest? Music! It really gets my emotions and imagination going, and I connect with my goals and desires deep within my being. And this is exactly where you need to be. This is what manifestation is essentially all about. You feel it and believe it so much deep within your being, that it has no choice but to become reality. I can stick on a certain song and I am transported instantly. Red Hot Chilli Peppers ‘Californication’ has me in a secluded, luxury beachfront villa in Hawaii, in a hammock with my children playing and laughing around me. Fatboy Slim ‘Right Here Right Now’ has me behind the scenes in a massive hall with a huge crowd, waiting to be called on stage ready to share my knowledge and inspire a huge number of people. Certain songs get me in my dream home and others transport me to different career achievements. But it is the connection, imagination & emotion that those songs allow me to feel, which is what speeds up calling in my desires.

But music isn’t the only way. Maybe reading, writing, dance, exercise, or even sex (another post for another time 😉) is what gets you in that emotional flow. In fact, sometimes I listen to my manifestation playlist on Spotify instead of my workout playlist, whilst I’m exercising because the combination of energy just multiplies and attracts my desires even quicker! The point is the more you emotionally connect with your desires, the quicker they'll manifest!
Here’s why this works: The mind cannot tell the difference between reality and imagination. When you deeply feel the energy and emotion of having your desire NOW, your mind believes it’s already yours. And when your mind believes it, it works to attract it into your reality because it feels safe for you to receive it. Anything that feels unsafe to the mind will make it hard to manifest into your reality, and that's not the state we want to be in.
And science backs this up. Experiments have been done on athletes and racing drivers, showing that when they vividly imagine their sport, every turn, every movement, every sensation, the same parts of their brain light up as when they are actually performing the action. Their brain doesn’t differentiate between the visualisation and reality, meaning they can train their bodies and minds for success before they even step onto the track or field.
The same principle applies to manifestation. When you immerse yourself emotionally in your vision, you’re literally training your brain to see it as your reality. And once it’s real in your mind, it’s only a matter of time before it becomes real in your life.
So rather than getting bogged down in traditional methods of manifesting like visualisation or scripting on their own, try something new! Better yet, try mixing a couple together to see how it works for you. Reading & listening to music, exercise and music, listening to a podcast and journaling. Whatever lights you up, motivates you, changes and actually expands your energy to the point you almost feel like you’re at your energetic capacity, that’s where you need to be! That's what a 'High Vibe' state actually means. That's where your matching the frequency of the things you desire.
